ISL99360FRZ-T for Antminer Z15 hash board repair

ISL99360 is a gate and power driver chip on the Antminer Z15 hash board, which integrates high-precision current and temperature monitors that can feed back to controllers and frequency multipliers to complete multi-phase DC/DC systems. It improves system performance and reliability with integrated fault protection for UVLO, HFET short circuits, overtemperature, and overcurrent. An open-drain fault reporting pin simplifies handshaking between the SPS and the controller and can disable the controller during startup and fault conditions.
